This AHA peeling is antioxidant, whitening and has anti-inflammatory properties, helping to remove existing pigment spots and preventing the appearance of new ones. Phytic acid is an AHA that is effective at low pH and does not require neutralization. It has progressive and sequential therapeutic action, in a non-aggressive way. Does not cause a burning sensation, does not need to be neutralized.
It is proven to be a great way to tackle mature skin problems with couperose.
Properties: It exfoliates and cleans the skin very gently and is also able to inactivate tyrosinase. It has a lifting effect. It suppresses cell division and increases apoptosis (programmed cell death). Even at low pH and high concentration, it does not cause any damage to the deep layers of the epidermis and does not cause pain or discomfort.
Because it has a relatively high molecular weight, its molecules remain in the stratum corneum.
